David Hume personally manages every aspect of our Risk Assessment & Physical Security Programs. With over 30 years of experience within the area of security, risk assessment, loss prevention, law enforcement and investigations, Mr. Hume has become a highly respected expert and very valuable member of A&C Worldwide.

During the past 15 years, Mr. Hume has actively developed highly successful Risk Assessment and Physical Security programs for national and international corporate clients such as ChevronTexaco, Shell, Export-Import Bank of the US and Millennium Chemicals to name only a few.

Within the past two years, Mr. Hume has conducted Risk Assessments focusing on "Standards for Facilities" under US 33CFR105. Following the RA, he and his staff prepare the specialized Physical Security Plan to include state of the art CCTV Networks, Access Control Systems, Dissuasive Lighting and Devices, etc. He has conducted these RAs in Colombia, Suriname, Guyana, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Turks&Caicos, Bahamas, Romania and Ukraine as well as numerous US locations.

Mr. Hume's experience includes the US Coast Guard, the State of Delaware's Attorney General's Office and the prestigious law firm of Holland & Knight as well as owning and managing his own corporations.
